The FRONTAL GLASS gas fireplaces by dim’ora® are waterproof and provided with natural draft (balanced flue), whose classification label is C 11. The decorative gas fireplaces by dim’ora® are EC approved in compliance with the laws in force. The certification includes both the product and the coaxial pipes, available with lengths of 15 or 20 cm. The chimney has to be mandatorily delivered by the manufacturer and is an integral part of the product.

The C 11 waterproof products can be installed in rooms of any type and size, also bathrooms and bedrooms, except for the products powered by LPG gas. The latter can’t be mounted in rooms featuring a ground surface (floor) below the external reference plane or communicating/directly connected to rooms belonging to the same typology. The installation of FRONTAL GLASS is very easy and must be performed by a plumber belonging to the CCIA collective agreement who can issue the required certification. If the preliminary advices are followed, the installation process is even quicker: the gas supply connection, the socket and a chimney path compliant with the specific features of the device. The C11 FRONTAL GLASS series can have both a wall-mounted fumes discharge (direct discharge through the external façade) and a roof-mounted one in accordance with UNI 7129 standard. To discharge the combustion fumes, all the models require a first vertical path with a length of at least 1 m. The following part of the chimney will be 6 - 10 m long if horizontal, or 12 m if vertical. In case of roof-mounted discharges featuring horizontal tracts, it is possible to deploy 90° and 45° bends. The chimney must be used also for the potential piping of existing flue ducts.
